On arrival in Stutterheim (N6), at the only set of robots, turn left if approaching from East London or right if from approaching from  Johannesburg. This road will become a dirt road, on which you travel approximately 500 metres.

After the colourful settlement on your right, you turn right.  (Back onto a tar road again.) Pass the SPCA and Manderson Hotel turn off, and travel about 4 km direct to Wattle Chop.  It is nestled at the foot of the mountain, on the right hand side, with a white paling fence.  Welcome you have arrived!
